Every call to /api/v1/payment-intents counts as one intent — regardless of whether it ends up APPROVED, REJECTED, or held for human review. Idempotent retries do not double-count.
Yes — every intent we evaluate counts toward your monthly quota. The whole value of the product is to evaluate them, including the rejections.
On the Team plan, you can burst up to 20% over before we throttle. Above that, intents return a 429 until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade in-app.
